A pavilion marquee is a frame marquee with a peaked roof and removable walls, so it works as an open-sided pavilion for shade or a closed room for a party. We sell eight sizes, from the 3x3m at $199 to the 12x7m at $2,299, each with a steel or aluminium frame, a white PE roof and its walls in the box. The 3x3m, 6x3m, 9x3m and 10x5m ship free anywhere in Australia; the 6x6m, 8x4m, 12x6m and 12x7m are on pre-order, shipping end of November 2026.
Pavilion marquee sizes and prices
Sizes are written long side first, so a 9x3m is 9 metres long and 3 metres deep. Guest numbers match each product page and are based on about 0.6m² per standing guest and about 1.5m² per guest at dining tables.

Open-sided pavilion or fully enclosed?
Both, from the same marquee. Every wall panel attaches and comes off on its own. Leave all the walls off and you have an open pavilion for shade at a sports day, a garden ceremony or a long lunch. Close the windward side when the breeze picks up, keep the long sides closed with the ends open for airflow, or zip the whole thing shut for an evening party. The 3x3m has three side walls, two with arched windows. The other seven sizes are fully enclosed, with church or cathedral-style window walls and zip up doors. Party pavilion or clear-span event pavilion?
The word pavilion covers two very different things. Ours are party pavilions: a steel frame (aluminium on the 10x5m) with a white PE roof and walls, built to go up for an event and come down after. Clear-span event pavilions, the large aluminium structures with no centre poles that event companies put up for festivals, are a different class of product, and we do not sell them. If you need a pavilion you can own, put up with a few helpers and store in a garage, ours is that product. Weather and anchoring
Every roof and wall is white PE (polyethylene), UV treated and water resistant. We do not quote a wind rating or a structural certification, so treat any pavilion marquee as an occasional use event shelter: peg and rope every leg on grass, weight every leg on hard ground, and take it down when gusts above about 40 km/h are forecast. The 3x3m, 6x3m, 9x3m and 10x5m ship free everywhere in Australia and are dispatched in about 2 business days. The 6x6m, 8x4m, 12x6m and 12x7m are pre-orders shipping end of November 2026, free to metro and most regional addresses in QLD, NSW, ACT, VIC and SA, with a delivery charge to WA, TAS, regional QLD and SA, the NT and remote areas shown at checkout before you pay. Yes. Every wall panel is removable, so you can run the marquee fully open, with one side closed against the wind, or fully enclosed.
What size pavilion marquee for 100 guests?
For 100 standing, the 12x6m (72m², about 120 standing). For 100 seated at dining tables, about 150m²: a 12x7m plus a 12x6m.
Do you sell clear-span aluminium pavilions?
No. We sell party pavilion marquees from 3x3m to 12x7m that you buy and keep. Large clear-span event structures are a different product that we do not sell.
