Click and collect, Brisbane
The 6x3m and 9x3m marquees can be collected free from Chelmer while we have one on hand. Choose Pickup at checkout; if Pickup does not show, that size is out of local stock and ships free instead. We email you the pickup address and a time within one business day. Bring your order number. The carton is about 1.2 m long and weighs about 16 kg (6x3m) or 22 kg (9x3m), so bring a helper. Every other size is delivery only.

Regional and remote addresses are included, although carrier delivery can take longer than the estimates above, and remote Western Australia and Northern Territory addresses can take up to about two weeks. Weather, peak periods and freight-network delays can also affect timing. Some items ship from our Melbourne warehouse rather than Queensland, which can shift these estimates by a day or two either way. The times shown are estimates supplied by third-party carriers, not guaranteed delivery dates.
Is delivery really free Australia-wide?
For most orders, yes. The 3x3m, 6x3m, 9x3m and 10x5m marquees, festoon sets and accessories ship free everywhere in Australia. The bulky 6x6m, 8x4m, 12x6m and 12x7m ship free to metro and most regional addresses in ACT, NSW, QLD, SA and VIC, and cost $150 to WA and $120 to TAS ($235 and $190 for the 12x7m). Regional QLD and regional SA cost $185 for the 6x6m, $195 for the 8x4m, $285 for the 12x6m and $340 for the 12x7m. NT and remote postcodes cost $800 ($798 to the NT and $780 to remote postcodes for the 12x6m); email us first to confirm. The postcode check and checkout show any charge before you pay.

Can you deliver to my address?
We deliver to residential and commercial addresses in every Australian state and territory, including regional and rural locations. For the bulky 6x6m, 8x4m, 12x6m and 12x7m, NT and remote postcodes cost $780 to $800 and we confirm them by email first; the postcode check tells you before you pay. Enter your delivery address at checkout so the carrier has the correct destination details.
Do you offer same-day dispatch?
We do not advertise guaranteed same-day dispatch or a same-day cut-off. Most orders dispatch in approximately 2 business days. If your event date is close, email us before ordering so we can give you the most useful guidance available.
Can you guarantee delivery by a specific date?
No. We cannot guarantee arrival on a specific date, and we do not offer a guaranteed-date, next-day or express service. Most Brisbane and South East Queensland orders arrive within about a week of ordering, most other capital cities within one to two weeks, and Perth, Hobart and Darwin within about two to three weeks, but transit after dispatch is handled by third-party carriers. Any timing we give you before you order is our best estimate from carrier data, not a commitment to a delivery date.
How far in advance should I order for an event?
Order with a buffer rather than to the exact day. The guide below allows for the dispatch window, carrier transit, and enough time to do a practice setup before the event.

If your event falls sooner than the window above, email us before ordering and we will tell you honestly whether it is worth attempting. We would rather turn an order away than take money for a marquee that arrives too late.
What happens if my order is delayed?
Email support@brisbanemarqueesales.com.au with your order number and we will chase the carrier and keep you updated. If an order is significantly delayed, or cannot be delivered within a reasonable time, you can cancel it for a full refund of what you paid. Nothing on this page limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
How do I track my order?
Tracking details are emailed when the order is on the way. If you have not received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, check your junk folder and email support@brisbanemarqueesales.com.au.
Can I collect my marquee?
Brisbane Marquee Sales is online-only and does not offer a public shopfront or collection point. Orders are delivered directly to your nominated address.
What if my marquee arrives damaged?
Inspect the cartons and marquee promptly after delivery. If anything has arrived damaged, contact us immediately with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and affected item so the issue can be assessed. Do not assemble or use a damaged component before contacting us.

That estimate is a planning guide, not a guaranteed delivery date, so please still allow the buffer above before any fixed event date.
