Commercial and Event Marquees for Sale
Commercial and event marquees for sale for clubs, schools, hire companies, trades and businesses: the 6x6m ($949) holds about 60 standing, the 10x5m ($1,599) about 80, the 12x6m ($1,899) about 120 and the 12x7m ($2,299, pre-order) about 140. Side walls come with every size, delivery is free to most of Australia, and the marquee is yours to set up again at every event on the calendar. Which commercial marquee size do I need?
Allow about 0.6m² per standing guest, 0.9m² per guest in seated rows and 1.5m² per guest at dining tables, then add about 25% for a stage, bar or buffet. The table below uses the same capacity numbers as every product page.

Are these marquees heavy duty?
They sit in the middle: sturdier than a pop-up party tent, lighter than a commercial-grade hire frame. Every size uses a powder-coated steel frame except the 10x5m, which is aluminium, and the 12x7m, which is galvanised steel. Roofs are PE. Weighed down properly, they suit a school carnival, an expo or a corporate day, but they are event marquees, not permanent structures, and carry no engineered wind rating, so take them down before strong wind.
Who buys our commercial marquees?
- Party hire companies and venues: extra cover for the busy season that you own outright. A 10x5m or 12x6m bought once can go out on every booking.
- Sporting clubs and schools: carnivals, presentation days, canteen and spectator cover. Ask and we will email a written quote in your club or school's name for your committee.

We sell plain white marquees. We do not print logos or make custom branded marquees.
Is buying cheaper than hiring for events?
If you run two or more events a year, usually yes. In our 8 October 2026 check, the middle advertised hire price was about $725 for a 6x6m to 9x6m and about $1,040 for a 10x5m to 12x6m, often before delivery and walls. Setup tips for event days
- Weigh it down. On car parks and courtyards, put weight on every leg. Wind is the number one risk at outdoor events. See how to weigh down a marquee, our wind limits guide and base weights ($129 for 4).
- Plan the flow. Open opposite walls for a walk-through expo layout, or close three sides for a stage or food zone.
- Light it. Festoon lights (from $149 for 30m) turn a white marquee into a function space after dark.
