Marquees delivered to regional NSW

Marquee delivery to regional New South Wales is free on every size to almost every address, and the carrier takes an estimated 3 to 6 business days after dispatch. NSW is on the free list for the bulky 6x6m, 12x6m and 12x7m, and only a small number of remote postcodes need a freight quote. Regional and remote addresses can take longer than the estimate, so order at least 4 weeks before your event, a week more than we suggest for Sydney.

Is delivery free to my town?

For almost every regional NSW address, yes. A small number of remote postcodes need a freight quote for the 6x6m, 8x4m and 12x7m. The postcode check on every product page, in your cart and on our delivery page tells you before you pay. If your postcode needs a quote, email support@brisbanemarqueesales.com.au and we will send a delivered price, usually the same day.

How long does delivery take?

• Dispatch: about 2 business days from our Australian warehouse.
• Carrier time after dispatch: an estimated 3 to 6 business days, and longer for some regional and remote addresses.
• Some items ship from our Melbourne warehouse rather than Queensland, which can shift the estimate by a day or two either way.

These are carrier estimates, not guaranteed dates. We do not offer a guaranteed-date, same-day, next-day or express service.

When should I order for an event?

Order at least 4 weeks ahead for any regional or remote address. That covers the dispatch window, carrier transit and a practice setup before the day. Email us your postcode before ordering for the current estimate, a planning guide rather than a delivery commitment.

Tracking, delays and returns

Tracking details are emailed when your order ships. If they have not arrived within 3 business days of ordering, check your junk folder, then email us. If an order is significantly delayed, or cannot be delivered within a reasonable time, you can cancel it for a full refund. You also have 30 days from the day your order arrives to ask for a return.
