We sell two accessories to finish a marquee setup: outdoor festoon lights, 30m to 120m from $149, and marquee base weights, a 4 pack for $129. Both come with free delivery to most of Australia.
Festoon lights: IP65 rated for permanent outdoor use, with 2700K warm white LED filament bulbs on heavy-duty black cable and an SAA-approved 240V Australian plug. There is roughly one bulb per metre, and strings join end to end up to 120 bulbs in one run. As a guide, 30m suits a 6x3m marquee, 50m a 9x3m and 70m a 10x5m wedding marquee. The bulbs are sealed in and not replaceable. The 20m and 40m lengths are sold out.
Base weights: four pods that clamp around a leg and fill with water or sand on site, for concrete, pavers or decking where pegs will not go. They are made for 25mm poles, so they do not fit the 38mm legs on the 6x6m and 12x6m marquees.
Setting up with the right extras
Base weights are what keep a marquee down on concrete, pavers or decking, so read how to anchor a marquee on hard surfaces and the marquee wind limits for Australia.
