What size for your guest list?
As a rule of thumb, allow ~1.5m² per guest for sit-down dining, ~0.9m² for seated rows, and ~0.6m² for a standing reception, then add about 25% if you want a dance floor, bar or buffet. On those numbers the 10x5m (50m²) suits roughly 33 dining, 55 seated or up to 80 standing. For smaller, more intimate weddings the 9x3m (27m², $349) holds around 18 dining, 30 seated or 45 standing.
